La Sierra International School opened its doors on August 15, 2012, offering a quality education with an international vision and a strong focus on character formation. Currently, we have 550 students enrolled from K3 to Grade 12, and a staff of over fifty teachers from both national and foreign backgrounds.
Our founders had a clear vision of creating an educational institution that prioritizes academic excellence and values, and they have worked tirelessly to ensure that La Sierra lives up to that vision. They have been instrumental in the school’s remarkable success in a relatively short period of time.
The Board of Trustees plays a crucial role in our school’s leadership and governance. They are responsible for ensuring effective resource management, the provision of top-notch facilities, and establishing and maintaining good relations with the community. The board is made up of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds, committed to advancing La Sierra’s mission.
Our curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire our students while preparing them for success in a rapidly changing world. We offer a wide range of academic and extracurricular programs that cater to the interests and talents of our diverse student body. We are proud to offer International Baccalaureate programs recognized globally for their rigor and excellence.
At La Sierra International School, we believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and problem solvers. Education is a lifelong journey, and we are honored to be part of our students’ journey towards achieving their dreams and making a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
